Steps to Brew an On-Cup:

1. First, you have to simply boil the water; you can use any available means, such as a kettle, an electric kettle, or a pot on a campfire.
TDS: For a more precise brew, the TDS level (Total Dissolved Solids) of the water you are using is important. We recommend using mineral water with TDS between 110 and 150. This number is indicated on all water bottles.

2. Give the On-Cup a horizontal shake to evenly distribute the grounds inside and level the coffee bed.

3. Next, simply place the On-Cup on a cup and fill it with boiling water up to the marked line on the inner wall, and place the lid on top.

4. After about 3 minutes, the water inside the brewer will be drained. When the extraction is complete, let your coffee sit for about 2 to 3 minutes before drinking it. Enjoy!

Brewing a cup of coffee with proper extraction principles may seem daunting, but with On-Cup, a delicious, desirable cup of coffee is always within your reach.
